We ship every fragile bookmark or art print in cardboard enveloppes and with an DO NOT BEND sticker. However we can not control what happens to the parcel once it leaves our warehouse. If you do not use tracked shipping, it is on your own risk. We strongly advise to always use tracked shipping, even with bookmarks or art prints.
